Chef-owner Thomas Alachouzos, born in Singapore and raised in Greece, surprises you with a culinary style that combines refined French cooking techniques with the rich flavors of Greek-Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Using seasonal and high-quality ingredients (including those from their own vegetable garden, local suppliers, or Greek vendors), artisanal, flavorful dishes are created that are unique to the region.

Furthermore, Giethoorn and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Colonies of Benevolence are located a short distance away.
