Our cooking philosophy
Chef-owner Thomas Alachouzos was born in Singapore, grew up in Greece, and was trained in classic French cuisine. This special blend results in a unique, creative cuisine , rooted in France and combined with the rich flavors of Greek-Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
At Ludiek, we work with high-quality ingredients, cook with the seasons, and make everything ourselves in our own kitchen using traditional methods . We believe in sustainability and respect for the product, work closely with local suppliers, and grow vegetables and herbs in our own vegetable garden.
The result: flavorful, surprising, creative dishes that are unique to the region .
From breakfast to drinks
Breakfast
Did you know that you can have breakfast with us by reservation, even if you haven't stayed with us? Throughout the week, you can start the day with a delicious and extensive breakfast in our cozy restaurant. Breakfast is served at your table. The service time is between 08:00 and 10:00 and the cost is €20 per person, excluding coffee and tea.

Star Wine List
We are also proud to announce that our wine list is included in the Dutch Star Wine List. This prestigious wine guide takes you to the best wine bars and wine restaurants around the world.
Jannick's (sommelier and oenologist) love for wine truly took shape in South Africa. Here, he completed a wine course at the Cape Wine Academy. During his time there, he visited various wine regions, met passionate winemakers, and discovered firsthand how climate, landscape, and craftsmanship come together in the glass.
Back in the Netherlands, Jannick continued his development and obtained his diploma as a Vinologist from the Wine Academy. With this combination of international practical experience and solid theoretical knowledge, he knows exactly how to find the right wine for every dish and every guest.
At Ludiek, Jannick translates this expertise into a carefully curated wine list and refined wine pairings that seamlessly complement the dishes from our kitchen. He loves talking about origins, grapes, and the stories behind the bottles, always approachable and with infectious enthusiasm.
